The Musselman High School junior varsity cheer coach, Kayla Snow, is leader in Applemen sports that many may not know.
Although Snow has been a coach for only two years, she has multiple years of cheer experience.
She started at the young age of six on a competitive cheer team, and eventually cheered for three years at North Middle School and three years at Spring Mills High School.
While at SMHS, Snow competed under now head Applemen cheer coach, Tolerance Woodward. She credits Woodward for her motivation to coach now.
“I want to be the coach that Tolerance was to me,” stated Snow.
Snow mentioned that she always had in the back of her mind that she wanted to be a coach.
“I wasn’t planning on it, but I kind of knew in the back of my head that this would be really cool to do,” stated Snow.
